REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all paid subscriptions purchased on the Bizrato Merchant Portal at https://merchant.bizrato.com, operated by Bizrato Connecting Solution (OPC) Pvt Ltd ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Merchant Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a Premium Plan subscription, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

The Company believes in fair and transparent refund practices. Our refund structure is designed to protect both Merchants and the Company, recognizing that business listing optimization requires adequate time to deliver results.

2. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

2.1 Free Plan

The Free Plan is available at no cost. There are no charges, fees, or payments associated with the Free Plan. Refund provisions do not apply to the Free Plan.

2.2 Premium Plan — Annual

The Premium Plan Annual Subscription is currently priced at:

₹4,999 + GST per year

(GST as applicable under Indian tax laws)

The Premium Plan includes enhanced features as described on the Platform at the time of purchase. Features may be updated from time to time.

2.3 Premium Plan — Monthly

A monthly subscription option may be available at ₹799 + GST per month. Monthly plan refund terms are described in Section 4.2 below.

3. ANNUAL PLAN — REFUND STRUCTURE

Our refund structure for the Annual Premium Plan is based on how long the subscription has been active. This approach recognizes that business listing optimization and lead generation require time to deliver meaningful results.

*Approximate amounts are before GST deduction. GST component is non-refundable as it is remitted to the government.

*Refund amounts are calculated on the base subscription price of ₹4,999, excluding GST.

4. MONTHLY PLAN — REFUND STRUCTURE

4.1 Monthly Plan Refund

*Monthly plan amount is ₹799 + applicable GST.

4.2 Monthly Plan Cancellation

You may cancel your Monthly Plan at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will not auto-renew for the next month
• You will retain access to Premium features until the end of the current paid month
• No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current month

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

5.1 How to Cancel

To cancel your Premium subscription, please:

• Email us at [email protected] with subject line: 'Premium Plan Cancellation — [Your Business Name]'
• Include your registered mobile number and business name
• State the reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)

5.2 What Happens After Cancellation

Upon cancellation of your Annual Premium Plan:

• Your listing will be downgraded to the Free Plan at the end of your paid subscription period
• All your business data, leads history, and listing information will be retained
• Premium features (Verified Badge, Priority Listing, Advanced Analytics, Bizrato Skills) will be deactivated
• You will continue to receive leads on the Free Plan
• Your subscriber base will be retained

Your listing will NOT be deleted. You can upgrade back to Premium at any time.

5.3 Immediate Cancellation

If you request an immediate cancellation (before the subscription period ends), your access to Premium features will be terminated immediately, and refund will be calculated based on the refund table in Section 3, subject to the No Refund Conditions in Section 6.

6. NO REFUND CONDITIONS

No refund will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:

• Your account has been suspended or terminated due to violation of Merchant Terms and Conditions
• Your account was involved in abusive behaviour towards customers
• Your listing was found to contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Your account was involved in any illegal or fraudulent activity
• You have previously received a refund on the same account
• The refund request is made after the eligible refund period has expired
• The subscription was purchased using a promotional offer, discount code, or special pricing (unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase)
• Account was terminated due to fake review generation or rating manipulation

The Company's decision on refund eligibility in cases involving policy violations shall be final and binding.

7. GST AND TAX ON REFUNDS

Please note the following regarding GST on refunds:

• GST paid on the subscription is remitted to the Government of India and is non-refundable
• Refunds are processed on the base subscription amount only, excluding GST
• Example: For a 100% refund on Annual Plan, you will receive ₹4,999 (base amount only)
• The GST component (18% or as applicable) will not be refunded

8. REFUND PROCESS

8.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Step 1: Email [email protected] with subject: 'Refund Request — [Your Business Name]'
• Step 2: Include your registered mobile number, business name, and date of subscription
• Step 3: State the reason for your refund request
• Step 4: Our team will review your request within 3 working days
• Step 5: If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 working days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the subscription purchase:

• UPI / Net Banking / Debit Card — credited to the original account
• Credit Card — credited to the original credit card
• Wallet — credited back to the wallet

Refunds cannot be transferred to a different account or payment method than the one used for the original payment.

9. AUTO-RENEWAL POLICY

Premium Plan subscriptions do NOT auto-renew by default on Bizrato. You will receive a renewal reminder notification before your subscription expires. It is your responsibility to renew your subscription if you wish to continue with Premium features.

If auto-renewal is introduced in the future, Merchants will be notified in advance and given the option to opt out.

10. PLAN UPGRADES

If you upgrade from Free to Premium Plan:

• Your premium access begins immediately upon successful payment
• You will receive a payment confirmation on your registered mobile number and email
• Refund terms as described in Section 3 will apply from the date of upgrade

11. DISPUTES AND ESCALATION

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate your complaint:

Level 3 — Legal Recourse:

If your complaint is not resolved at Level 2, you may approach the appropriate consumer forum or courts in New Delhi, India, in accordance with applicable Indian laws including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

The Company reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. For subscriptions already purchased, the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
